  • Forest Meditation: Regular gatherings in the forest for quiet reflection, meditation, and connection with nature.
  • Moss Grounding: Utilizing moss as a symbol of resilience and growth, participants can offer personal prayers and intentions.
  • Sage and Cedar Ceremonies: Using these sacred plants traditionally for purification and spiritual cleansing.
  • New Moon Practices: Aligning our intentions and energy with the new moon cycle, focusing on personal transformation and new beginnings.
  • 21-Day Practice: In each cycle, participants engage in a specific practice for 21 days, followed by 8 days of reflection and integration.
  • Local Indigenous Leadership: Indigenous people of the area will guide and share their knowledge and wisdom with participants.
