​Cohanzick Nature Reserve offers a unique and serene environment for hosting a wide range of events. Whether you are planning a wedding, corporate retreat, or family gathering, our beautiful natural setting provides the perfect backdrop for your special occasion. Managed by the Native American Advancement Corp (NAAC), we ensure a smooth and secure experience with limited support and strict adherence to our policies. Please note that this service is strictly for event rentals and is not an NAAC or Cohanzick-hosted event.

Event Booking Fee:

• Cost: $10.00 per person for four hours each
• Minimum Guests: 25 people
• Total Minimum Cost: $250.00 for four hours
• Overnight Cost: $15.00 per person per day (Family Discounts Available)
• Payment: Full payment and a signed contract are required at the time of booking.

Included in the Fee:

• Use of the Cohanzick Nature Reserve facilities for the event duration.
• Basic setup with tables and chairs (must be replaced as found).
• Access to designated areas within the reserve, excluding office areas and sensitive artifact zones.
• Limited event support by NAAC staff. (no workshops or panel discussions)

Not Included in the Fee:

• Food and Catering: No food is offered at this price. If outside food vendors are required, they must sign a vendor contract and comply with local health specifications.

Vendor Contracts:

• All external vendors (e.g., catering and entertainment) must enter into a separate contract with NAAC.
• Each vendor will have a separate price agreement.
• Only vendors approved by NAAC will be permitted to operate within the reserve.

Additional Information:

• NAAC is the sole host and fee collector for all events, as it operates as a non-profit organization.
• No additional fees are permitted outside the agreed-upon pricing structure.
• All fees and contracts are handled directly by NAAC to ensure compliance with our policies and insurance requirements.

Policies and Regulations:

• Insurance: If the requester is an agency, an insurance rider (Acord) listing Native American Advancement Corp as additional insured is required.
• Kitchen Usage: Only the warming kitchen is available; no food preparation is allowed on-site.
• Sanctuary Access: Accessible only with a NAAC staff member.
• Clean-up: Requesters are responsible for cleaning the bathrooms, building, and pavilion, returning them to their original condition.
• Waivers: All participants must sign a waiver without exceptions.
• Wildlife and Environmental Care: Respect the natural environment. Do not harm or disrupt wildlife, trees, or plants.
